Oh, I do too, in principle. However the thin clients I see tend to be as expensive as a cheap desktop ($400 range or more), and some rely on a proprietary OS image that you can't tweak (i.e. NCD terminals) that also costs money.

If I could find a thin-client for $100 or less that I could put a Linux image into flash memory, I'd be more interested.
