Subject: Defunct Process

Greetings all,

How does one get rid of a "defunct" process. Eventhough defunct, the
process still seems to be absorbing cpu cycles. Using kill or
killall with SIGKILL (KILL) (-s 9) etc. has no effect.

fgd.
