I've been using linux and MTA dsl for quite some time , Don't expect any
help from them with any problem with the DSL , their standard line is "we
don't support Linux" , with that said The way I got around their non
support was to also install their software on a windows box so that when
there is a problem I swiched the DSL modem over to the windows box and
verrified that the problem was not linux related before I called them...
Then troubleshoot the DSL problem from a windows box with the tech.

This seems to work the best... To avoid the hassle consider using a comerical
router as your gateway machine , they seem to be able to support them where
they can't support a linux box used as a router.

I have to give MTA a little credit , they have finaly gotten a Linux based
Web server up , they are porting sights over to it ... It is a SUN cobalt
raq 550 running redhat... So far when I've called support about problems on
their new server they seem to be able to handle them. With just a bit of
guidance from me : )
