The folks at MTASolutions wouldn't need any guru - level amount
of knowledge if there was a linux-compliant DSL software available
for PPPOE. Is there such available?

If there was, then MTA could train its techs to at least analyze the
  software.......

  Opinions?
  Links?

(AT&T Techs don't seem to know much about computers or internet protocols,
but they *are* trained to work with a specific software set...)
