This confirms the path is being dropped. You can grab this and more info
on this issue by using http://nitrous.digex.net/mae/maew-lg.html
and the Looking Glass script they have.
It also offers a bit more intuitiveness to use the -A when using
traceroute and thus spilling the AS # of the hop.
