Actually, I was corrected on this. The $10/mo is the same, but if you only
want a static IP it's $25 setup, while the full domain setup is $50 setup.
The $10/mo gets you either the static IP or space on the GCI servers to
put your domain content.

If you're not going to use their DNS, then you saved $25; in the case of
my domain, registered through Dotster, that $25 is just over two years of
registration...
