[aklug] Re: EMR or OEMR

I think this is likely the one the presentation was on. Looks like it is
still under very active development, even though Sourceforge refers to
it as a "Mature" project.

New versions of what appears to be the client software, 1 this year and
2 last. Regular upgrades to the server side as well.
