Why not Dell?

At the risk of starting a war:

One of my Dell servers, ~4 years old, bit the dust, motherboard dead.
Why shouldn't I replace it with Dell?

I'm looking for something in the 2k-2.5k range. I can get a Dell
PowerEdge 2900 reasonably kitted out from just over $2k, with two
dual-core Xeons, 3-year warranty.

I don't have the time to build something myself. Any thoughts?

I'd love to get an Xserve, but the new Xeons won't be out until
October from Apple.

Any input would be appreciated.
