Open up the KDE control center (kcontrol if you're running it from the command
line) and go to Components -> File Manager -> Previews & Meta-Data. Down
near the bottom you'll see a "Maximum file size" slider. Increase that.
Keep in mind that covers all previewed media (PDF's, HTML, etc).
