That's why I said 'probably' a 501(c)3. We talked about a couple of
steps on the way to getting there and some alternatives to the 501. I
figured they could be discussed more on the list and my note taking
wasn't the best. I think I missed a couple of the terms in there. I
think one of the possible alternatives mentioned was a co-op.
