Whoops. pump.conf is described in man pump. Use the retries statement
to tell pump how many times to retry, and then the timeout statement to
tell pump how long to wait for each step of the dhcp process. (So as I
understand it, if you set retries to three, and timeout for 10 seconds,
you'll have a total time of 30 seconds.)
