FWIW, I run 100M and a single POTS line across a plenum cat5e rated cable
without any issues.
Granted, it's less than 100 feet, so that probably helps, and I use good
termination equipment.
I've never multiplexed 2 ethernets on a single cat5e cable though. It would
be interesting to run one ethernet and see what a pentascanner reads for
the other pairs..
