The point I was trying to make there was that with Palladium, all MS
will have to do is flip a switch and we will have to sue them to get the
switch turned back on. Right now they have to sue use in open court to
get the switch turned off.
It's kind of like the IRS. You will be declared guilty and have to prove
your innocence in their court.
