See www.hbedv.com for the antivirus I use for Linux. Many people use it to
scan incoming & outgoing e-mail on a *nix server (as I do). You can also
use it to scan file systems, included mounted Samba shares or Windows
profiles/home directories/etc. stored on a Samba server. In theory, you
could make a bootable CD to load Linux, and scan the Windows system with
antivir.

It is free for private, non-commercial use. If you're using it for a
business, you need to purchase a license.

Cheers,

James
