The problem that you're seeing is caused by the cisco not
knowing what the correct time is, so it's reported the delta time
from the last power-on.
Set up a time server on your network, and point the cisco to that
(in global config, check "ntp ?")
ntp server 192.168.1.100 prefer
ntp server 192.168.2.200
and that's it!
