After reading through the rest of the posts I thought about the post lights. I forgoet what MSI calls them but their mb's
have a column of four ledsnext to the USB ports. There is a card that tells what the lights mean. I bet you've got the
bottom light on only. That says insufficient power to start up processor. All the fans (inc. CPU) will be turning but no
output. The onboard Piezobeeper will not beep because it's controlled by the CPU and that isn't running.
