Have had good luck (and very fast response on a holiday weekend sunday when
I had a problem) with thenic.com. Pricing structure is a little strange,
but other than that....

Also came across, but have no experience with, bargainname.com. $9.00/yr.
for two years. Cheapest I've seen so far.
