They do - my girlfriend works there, so I asked her. The $50 setup and
$10/mo they charge for either web-hosting or static IP covers DNS, MX
records, etc. If Justin hadn't had e-mail set up in their system it'd
still be covered by the $50 paid for the initial IP and domain setup.

There's some things about GCI I don't care for, but their policy of "it's
your IP and bandwidth, do with it as you desire" sure is a nice change
from the rules of the broadband providers outside...
