Actually, your IP shouldn't change at the end of the least unless your ISP
has a really messed up config for their DHCP server: the client should renew
the lease before it expires. i.e., as long as you're connected, you should
have the same IP.

www.dyndns.org is now doing full domains with dynamic IP's, for a small, one
time, donation, so you can have a full domain pointing to your DSL
connection, cablemodem, or whatever.
