I am not going to be much help looking at your headers, however, I can tell
you MTA disappoints me everytime I deal with them. At present, I have a
client that cannot reach O365's and Google's MXs period, they timeout. MTA
tech support gave me the line 'we don't support using SMTP servers other
than their own, and cannot guarantee that they work' while refusing to
admit they are actively blocking outbound 25/587/465 to these MXs for this
client. Pretty stooopid.
