[aklug] more pdf stuff

I found this suggestion on another forum I use.

I was using pdftk then pdfshuffler to delete pages from a pdf file.
Someone suggested printing the file, print to pdf, and use the range feature
in the print dialog. I can use my favorite viewer and not
have to use another app to adjust the pdf.
