FWIW, dug out all the various python scripts because I got irritated
over DRM (I don't mind paying for access, but don't expect to have to
fight over how to read something once I HAVE paid for permission to read
it....) and the tools provided by apprenticealf include plugins for
calibre that cover most anything one needs. Have been toying with
putting everything I have on a calibre server and firing calibre-web up
but have been chewing on 5th circuit decision and how it might impact
shared collections.....

I tend to read using iBook on the iphone, but as long as Apple is using
fairplay with iBooks, purchasing iBooks is a non-starter, but any book
is easily loaded into ibooks via itunes and calibre....
