The customer support number is 563-8000 (Anchorage) or 1-800-808-8083
(outside Anchorage). I'd suggest that you request someone look at the
speed your modem has synched up to the DSLAM at and troubleshoot as
necessary from there.

You might also consider providing some constructive feedback about the
content / fluff ratio and suggest making the support links more prominent.
