Your iowait is unacceptably high, plus if you look at your blk_read/s you
can see you're definitely shuffling some data around. Given your ratio of
reads to writes I'd say you'd be better off with a RAID5 array than the
single drives you have now.

In short, it looks to me like you have a disk I/O bottleneck.
