Unfortunately the script *does* depend on an external mail program. I'm
not perl-savvy enough to make the change to Net::SMTP and it would
probably need to throw in a couple more questions to ask on the
configuration side - like mailhost and port.
If that change *did* happen, then I'm guessing that more people would be
sending in updates on a regular basis.
