I offered to set up fax system for AEA so that local anchorage
teachers could send free faxes re ed issues via web interface to all
legislators. I figured I could saturate the legislature with
prefocused poms for $500/ mo total.

There is actually a nice little wikipedia piece on DID-bottom line is
it uses a trunk number to access pbx and rest of number for routing
(bit crude of an expanation, but that's the upshot)
