[aklug] Update the bios for a dell

Lee Brumbaugh recently sent me this link:

It shows you how to update the bios on your dell with ubuntu as the
name implies.

This worked perfect for me after I realized I had download the wrong
bios initially.

It might work for another distro as long as you can get the packages loaded.
