For each service I post an article within Joomla that has a synopsis of
the service, sermon topic, relevant passages, and embed video of the
service. Then using the podcast plugin, I'll post the audio GodCast that
allows people to subscribe to the feed via any podcast subscription
software.

I engineer and produce our weekly services and decided instead of
calling them PodCasts, I called them GodCasts :). So they were referred
to as GodCasts on our website and in my voice-over intro to each episode.

When we were co-hosted we never hit a monthly traffic limit of 5 or
10gb, I don't think we ever came close. We now have our own dedicated
server that we use for our "Digital Evangelism". Previous it was a
Windows based server that I had no control over, now it's Linux and it's
ours! Each 1hr'ish service was about 18mb in size and each 15 - 20min
sermon was about 4mb, both mp3, mono and at 32kbps. We also stream our
services live and had video archive of our services that people
downloaded to watch when they wanted. If you would like to contact me
off-list about more specifics please feel free to do so.
