Fielder, its awesome to see you say this because this is one of the
things that I'd hoped AKLUG would start focusing on.

You may have been busy fighting your alligators when I did a
presentation on Ruby and Rails.

You also must have been entangled with local flora and fauna as we
talked about compiling the lamp stack from scratch. Although this
isn't directly software development focused, it is important do know
how to do these things to get the job done.

If one of the people I have asked to do a presentation for October
doesn't step up by this weekend, I'd be happy to go into Ruby as a
programming language.

One of the things I like about Ruby (Perl and Python too) is that it
works across the Big Three (Linux, OSX and Windows).

Its great for AKLUG to have this sort of interest and I hope others
will join us.
