This talk is going to be for non-developers as well as web development
folks. So if you know someone who does web development and they have
never heard of Ruby, let them know.

This talk will also be appropriate for folks who are just learning
about Linux, because it will give them a chance to see the kinds of
software that the Open Source community is creating.
