UAA List Serve

There are problems with the current list serve at UAA. While it has been a
great community service to host our list for us I believe we should host
our own list so we can have root on the box.

We are having problems with members being denied access to post because
the list thinks the person is not signed up, while the person is actually
signed up. Members being dropped from the list.

IMHO the best solution is to find a member with a server who has list
serve software running. Dee McKinney has volunteered his server to do
this. Dee does not have to be the only admin but obviously we need to
decide who is , moderator, admin & with Dee's blessing root.

The current list status is unacceptable, and I don't feel like bothering
the UAA admin when we can do this ourselves.
