I was in line at compuseless the oother day, and they had a laptop
security/finding program on sale. It was like, 80 bucks, and required
some form of dialup - either wireless, wired, or dialup. If your laptop
got stolen, and they couldn't locate it, they'd give you your money back
(for the program.)

Seems kinda stupid - I mean, the first thing I'd do with a stolen laptop
is format and reinstall...

There was a story a while ago of a guy who located his stolen Mac using
timbuktu - does anybody know where that story went?
