I've been wondering for a while if the day wasn't coming where we pretty much have to requiere that all mail be signed with some sort of verifiable signature. Not that I want to see the day come, but has anybody got another solution?
We all like our anonyminity, but the spammers and script kiddies are ruining it for the rest of us.

We'll hear a bunch of people cry about the loss of "Free Speech", but what I've noticed is that most of them don't understand is that Free Speech is that is just that. The right to say what you will, NOT the right to be heard.

You'll probably still be able to send what you want anonymously, but it won't do any good because everyone will have anonymous mail blocked in self defense.

From some stuff I've been catching in the news about Wikipedia, we'll probably be seeing most wiki and blogging sites following suit.
