Re: Monthly meeting - Donated Computers

I've been watching the posts on this. Some of the security stuff does
seem like it could be a little annoying, but I'm willing to give it a
shot.

Our meeting have always been open to the public, but when you have to
rely on donated facilities you have to play by their rules. Access to
facilities sutable for things like this aren't necessarily easy to come
by.

We could look into access to the BP Energy Facilities down the road.
They tend to be booking up well in advance. Most of the malls have
public meeting rooms, but there probably wouldn't be any network access.
My Real Estate Co. has a meeting room we could get. Last I heard it's
$100.00 an hour. Those are the alternatives I know of off the top of my
head.
