The usual download limit around here is 10G/month - GCI's standard cable
modem plans and MTA's DSL plans are this way. (If you are in Anchorage,
MTA probably won't be available to you anyway)
ACS has unlimited downloads, but are considerably more expensive than
GCI or MTA.
There's also Telalaska WiFi (http://www.akwifi.com), which I hear about
on the radio all the time, but I don't know anyone who actually uses it,
and I can't find any info on download limits on their website. The
prices look fairly reasonable though, aside from the $120 installation fee.
