Do you think this $90/month may include the regular CellularOne plan,
or is that in addition to the regular cellular phone charges? The
question is if someone does not have a plan with them, would that
monthly figure (or close) be the sum total of charges, besides perhaps
cost/minute of phone calls.

I can run these figures by him and see if he wants me to refine them
or if they exceed what he had hoped for, considering it not being
usable in Nome.
