Dug this up for someone recently.

1st Light : Power Light - Solid green.
2nd Light : Loop TX/RX - Flashing orange and red when the modem is transmitting or receiving data to/from Service Provider.
3rd Light : Sync Light - Solid green when there is a signal and flashing red when there is no signalis no signalisn't.
4th Light : Ethernet TX/RX - Flashing orange and red when the modem is transmitting data to computer.
5th Light : Ethernet Collision - Flashing orange and red when an ethernet collision detected.
6th Light : Network Card Signal - Solid green when the modem is properly connected to the network card.
