Hi Jesse, shortpier and fgd,

My Neighbors son just happened to come up and visit and he installed
suse 9.1 on the laptop for me, but last week the xp went bad with no
loader I guess. My use the rescue disk and then have to reinstall 9.1
The suse works fine but, the laptop couldn't use the winmodem.=20
I went to frigid north and got a pcmcia card for a modem but need to get
a driver for it.The laptop doesn't have a floppy drive. As usual this
old computer you know, he changed it around for kde etc and probably
used the old red hat disk. I still have the other disks for 8 and may
reload it later on. I'm going to the meeting friday and get more advice
if possible. Then I'll probably head over to Pyramid.

Yoda's doing fine, he'll be 16 saturday.

Thanks to all.
