If you're looking for specifically a UAA course, I can't help you. If
you're wanting an example of a Linux course in a four-year college
environment, I can...we teach an introductory Linux course here at
Charter College.

Mike Barsalou taught one through UAA awhile ago, but I'm a little fuzzy
on the details--hopefully he can pitch in here.

Unfortunately to my knowledge there aren't any full-time UAA faculty who
see value in teaching anything Linux related.
