UAA does teach an intro to UNIX every other year. I took it last year. If
you already know the basics like navigation and commands, it might be a
little light. They do get in to some shell scripting which has come in
handy.

Subject: Linux class/cert

Hi

Is there, somewhere in the UA system, someone who has an intro linux
class going or has had one in the past. Sillybus and all. I'm trying
to see what, if anything, can be done to start such. Slug has a cert
class but that is all volunteer and not excepted by the school system
for credit.

*Any* feed back would be appreciated. Any info that says that the class
exists/existed would make me ecstatic.

David

BTW what's the URL for fbxlug
