I suppose. But Windows (up through 98, and probably ME) was still built on
DOS. As evidenced by the fact that you can reboot to "DOS Mode." NT/2000/XP
are true operating systems, thus require more system-level emulation, thus
cannot run under Win4Lin (yet). That's all I meant.

Right...they seem to be working on it. I think Win 2000 is their goal right
now. XP should follow from that.
