If I want people that go to mikesweb.com to be redirected to
mikesweb.com/overhere....it seems like there are a few solutions.

1. put a index.htm file there with a redirect
2. change the apache server somehow
3. something I haven't thought of yet.

Are there favorite solutions out there?
