We're having a technical issue with our ACS DSL line. There is a certain
phone which, if taken off hook, will cause the DSL connection to disconnecct.
 Other phones in the house don't do this.

Would this be a wiring problem? An "out of spec" phone? Do we simply need a
filter on that phone?
