Trying to install SpamAssassin, but it wants a C compiler.

Try to install GCC, but I get the error that I need to have glibc-devel
installed.

Try to install glibc-devel but then I get the error "error: Failed
dependencies:
        binutils < 2.13.90.0.16-5 conflicts with glibc-devel-2.3.2-57" and I
get stuck here.

No idea how to proceed.
