Does it really matter? Whether or not M$ wins in court is
irrlevelent. I will still use linux. I suspect that most of you
will still use linux whether it be desktop or server or both. I have
one box that run windoze as a game machine, but I know where the cd's
are kept and if M$ does'nt stop it's foolishness then it to will
have linux on it just like the rest. I would really like to see what
would happen to the internet if M$ tried to produce that massive a
changeover. This is just another ploy of those idiots in redmond to
scare those who are scarable, sort of like singing to the M$ choir of
fear.

To use an old quote "there is nothing to fear but fear itself". If
there is propriatary code in the kernel, I'm pretty sure that Mr.'s
Torvold and Cox would have a patch to change it long before this would
get to trial and appeal.

And if someone comes up with a simple desktop, all networks that I
build will have linux as servers and desktops. What are they going to
do put 20m people in jail for not paying the M$ fine (excuse me license)?
