Nope. I will continue to use Linux. If any code is proven to be SCO's
that they have not unwittingly release to PD/OS, I will be more than
happy to work at replacing the code.

SCO has not provided any details in the case, even though to do so would
only help them in the long run. It is a simple matter to take snapshots
of the kernel archives, make checksums, release the code in question,
then
compare the resulting kernel files. (for historical files only,
obviously
new kernels would be need to be looked over for changes to the code in
question)

I really hope that this goes to trial. I for one find it to be a key
case in the (ab)use of intellectual property and the mess it can cause.
Nobody will argue that the unix source code has been in a state of
public-domain for over 20 years. That being the case, how can IP
be claimed on it? Certainly not in the manner that SCO is attempting.

Perhaps this whole case can be used to defuse software patenting.
Ah, what a better place the world would be...
