One other thing you can do if you don't have 'lsof' installed is look in the
process table for a list of the file descriptors open. You'll need to do this
while the process is running, though, and they'll be listed as symlinks under
a path like /proc/{pid}/fd/ . Look at them before you delete them, though,
some will very likely be conf files and such that you'll want to keep around.
