hlds_l_3110_full.bin

hlds_l_3110_full.bin: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1
(SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), stripped

it's from games.gci.net - it's the Half life server install file. previous
versions are simply tar'ed up, but the new version has a .bin extention.

I'll email Leif.
