.bin ... Iso image from cdrwin or vcdgear? or is a mac bin-hex file...
If bin-hex use the macutils package that comes with most distros. If
its a cd .bin image you need the .cue to burn to a cdr useing cdrdao .=20
If the bin is a vcd mplayer will play the vcd from the bin file on the
hd.
