Without some logs it's hard to debug this kind of issue. I suspect that
since they deployed the MPLS
network for the SOA contract, they have some burps in NWC gigE and 100mE
loops, which drops connectivity
on T1's connecting to the ACS Internet service. This from my experience
being on T1 IP service.

My guess is that the mymail.acsalaska.net which is

 mtr -c 10 --report mymail.acsalaska.net

to the list fine from GCI's webmail service.

Anybody have any hints as to why I can't post to the list from ACS'
webmail service.
